A ReCip system was used at a residential development
where the soils required ten acre lots for standard
septic applications. The developer installed a ReCip
system, a disposal field, and low pressure collection
from a septic tank on each 3/4 acre lot. The developer
was able to convert the 100+ acre property into a 100
home residential community rather than 10.

The photo shows 2 of the four ReCip cells along with
a small building housing the drip irrigation controls.
Each ReCip cell is 24 feet square and the black pipe
is the influent header.

The photo shows the lined vertical walls and the
underdrain.

A picture of the local area and the four ReCip cells.

Another photo of a ReCip cell. The area behind the
truck is partly used as the drip irrigation disposal
field. The green lid covers a pump chamber.
